
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has introduced something special for cricket fans this year—a nationwide trophy tour! For the first time ever, the prestigious PSL trophy will travel across different cities, allowing fans to see it up close before the tournament begins. This exciting journey started today, March 14, in Hyderabad and Karachi and will continue until March 29, covering 11 cities across Pakistan.
The newly unveiled PSL X trophy, named ‘Luminara,’ will be the center of attention throughout the tour. It symbolizes the passion and love for cricket that runs deep in Pakistan. Cricket lovers in different cities will have a chance to witness this magnificent trophy before the much-awaited PSL season kicks off on April 11.
A Trophy Tour for the Fans
This trophy tour is a celebration of cricket and its passionate followers in Pakistan. PSL Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer emphasized the importance of this event, saying, “This tour is not just about showcasing a trophy; it’s about bringing the spirit of PSL closer to the fans. Cricket in Pakistan is more than just a sport—it’s an emotion, and we want everyone to feel connected to this league.”
The tour started in Hyderabad and Karachi, where the trophy will be displayed at key locations until March 15. After that, it will make its way to Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Islamabad. Each stop will give fans an opportunity to witness the stunning trophy, take pictures, and be part of the PSL excitement before the action begins on the field.
