The federal government has announced a major price cut for Hajj 2025, making it more affordable for Pakistani pilgrims. The revised prices will help thousands of people fulfill their religious duty with reduced financial burden.
The cost of the 40-day Hajj package has been reduced by Rs. 25,000, bringing the total price to Rs. 1,050,000. Similarly, the 25-day short Hajj package has been lowered by Rs. 50,000, making the new cost Rs. 1,100,000.
These reductions come after successful discussions between Pakistan and Saudi authorities. The government has also announced that pilgrims must pay the third installment for their Hajj trip between February 6 and 14. The required payment is Rs. 450,000 for the long package and Rs. 500,000 for the short package. These payments must be deposited in designated banks.

Another big relief for pilgrims is the refund of Rs. 4.75 billion to those who performed Hajj last year. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to supporting Pakistani pilgrims financially.
In addition to reduced prices, the 2025 Hajj agreement will ensure better facilities and lower accommodation costs in Mina. A special mobile app will also be introduced to provide real-time updates, flight details, training schedules, and live maps for a smooth pilgrimage experience.
This step by the government is a welcome move, making Hajj more accessible and ensuring a comfortable journey for all pilgrims.
