Flyadeal, the low-cost airline based in Saudi Arabia, has officially started its flight services to Pakistan, marking an important milestone in the airline’s international expansion. This new route promises to strengthen travel connections between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, making it easier for passengers to travel between these two countries.
The inaugural flight, F3-661, took off from Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and landed at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport at 8:04 AM. The landing was a grand occasion, with the airplane receiving a traditional water salute, a gesture of celebration often given to honor new flights arriving at an airport.
Flyadeal will operate two flights every week on this new route. The first flight will depart from Riyadh every Thursday, while the second will take off from Jeddah, another key city in Saudi Arabia, every Saturday. This schedule will provide a convenient option for travelers, whether they are flying from Riyadh or Jeddah, to visit Karachi in Pakistan.
CEO Con Korfiatis of Flyadeal shared his excitement about this new route and hinted at the airline’s future plans for expanding even further into international markets. According to Korfiatis, Flyadeal is exploring additional routes to Pakistan, signaling the airline’s desire to strengthen its presence in this important region. This growth could help more passengers from both Saudi Arabia and Pakistan enjoy affordable travel options between the two countries.
In 2024, Flyadeal only offered Hajj charter flights to Pakistan, primarily serving pilgrims traveling for the Hajj season. This new service marks the airline’s first scheduled flights to Pakistan, opening up regular travel for both business and leisure travelers. The new route is expected to offer affordable and convenient air travel for many people who have family ties, business connections, or tourism interests in both countries.
With Flyadeal’s expansion into Pakistan, passengers now have access to more affordable flight options between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. This move is likely to benefit thousands of travelers who want a cost-effective way to connect between these two countries. As Flyadeal continues to grow and add more international routes, it will play a significant role in making air travel more accessible to people across the region.
