Saudi Arabia has introduced new steps to make the Umrah pilgrimage easier for citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. This change makes the journey more convenient and accessible, allowing pilgrims to focus on their spiritual experience.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced on social media that GCC citizens can now travel to Saudi Arabia for Umrah at any time. They can enter the country through both land and air entry points, giving them more flexibility to plan their trip.
To further simplify the process, the “Nusuk” app has been introduced. This app provides an easy and user-friendly way for pilgrims to get their Umrah permits. It ensures that all necessary steps are completed smoothly, saving time and effort.
For those who wish to visit Al Rawdah Al Sharifah in Medina, the ministry has emphasized the importance of booking in advance through the same “Nusuk” app. Pre-booking helps in better organizing visits and ensures a more comfortable experience for pilgrims in this sacred space.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah remains committed to enhancing services for all pilgrims. Their goal is to provide a smooth and enriching journey to Mecca and Medina. By improving accessibility and organization, Saudi Arabia ensures that visitors have a peaceful and faith-filled spiritual experience.
