Jazz, Pakistan’s top digital operator, has teamed up with DeafTawk, a global leader in accessible communication, to introduce groundbreaking solutions for the deaf community. This partnership focuses on making communication easier and more inclusive for individuals with hearing impairments.
The collaboration is a major step towards building an inclusive society in Pakistan. By combining innovative technology with customer care services, Jazz and DeafTawk are making sure that deaf individuals can connect and communicate effectively without any barriers.
As part of this partnership, the DeafTawk Plus app will now be available at Jazz customer care centers across the country. When a deaf person visits a Jazz facility, they will be able to use a tablet or device to connect with a qualified sign language interpreter in real time. This will help them communicate directly with Jazz staff and get the support they need, without relying on intermediaries.
Kazim Mujtaba, the President of the Consumer Division at Jazz, shared his thoughts on this initiative. He said, “At Jazz, we believe in creating a world where no one is left behind.
