The Saudi Civil Aviation Authority has officially released the flight schedule for Hajj 2025, providing essential information for pilgrims around the world. According to the announcement, the Hajj operation will start on April 29, 2025, corresponding to the 1st of Dhu al-Qi’dah, and return flights will begin on the 13th of Dhu al-Hijjah, continuing until the 15th of Muharram 1447 AH.
The registration process for Hajj flights began on the 3rd of Rabi’ al-Thani and will remain open until the 30th of Shawwal. During this time, the final list of all inbound and outbound Hajj flights will also be published.
To make the process easier, a special mobile app has been launched. This app will serve as a one-stop solution for pilgrims, providing information such as flight schedules, Hajj group details, training programs, payment updates, and accommodation arrangements in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the app includes live maps and location tracking, making it easier for pilgrims to navigate during their Hajj journey.
Airlines have been instructed by the aviation authority to follow the designated flight schedules strictly to ensure a smooth experience for all travelers.
In related news, an agreement for Hajj 2025 was recently signed between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Chaudhry Salik Hussain and Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan al-Rabiah finalized the arrangements. Under this agreement, 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims will perform Hajj this year. The agreement includes commitments to provide high-quality facilities, including specially discounted accommodations in Mina for Pakistani pilgrims.
A new short Hajj program, lasting 20 to 25 days, has been introduced to make the pilgrimage more accessible and comfortable. Saudi authorities have also assured all possible support to enhance the experience for Pakistani pilgrims and those from other countries.
The preparations and announcements reflect Saudi Arabia’s commitment to making the Hajj journey more convenient and spiritually fulfilling for millions of Muslims worldwide.
