A massive wildfire in Los Angeles has led to devastating destruction, and Bollywood actress and dancer, Nora Fatehi, has shared an important message with her fans regarding the terrifying situation.
In a recent Instagram post, Nora described her experience with the fire and her evacuation from the area. She revealed that due to the rapid spread of the flames, she and her team were instructed to evacuate just five minutes before.
She shared her shock, stating that she had never witnessed such a catastrophic fire in her life. In her video message, Nora mentioned, “I’m in Los Angeles where a devastating wildfire is happening, and I’ve never seen a fire like this before. We were just told to evacuate, and I quickly packed my belongings. I’m now heading towards the airport, hoping I’ll make my flight today.”
Nora also expressed concern about the possibility of her flight being canceled, and assured her followers that she would provide updates as the situation unfolds. “I hope the flight won’t be canceled. I’ll keep you posted, this is something I’ve never seen before,” she added.
Before Nora, other Bollywood stars like Priyanka Chopra also voiced their support for the people affected by this natural disaster. The fire, which originated in the forests of Pacific Palisades, has caused widespread damage, with celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis, Mandy Moore, and Paris Hilton also forced to evacuate their homes.
At least five people have lost their lives in the fire, and around 1,500 buildings have been affected. Nearly 100,000 residents have had to flee their homes to stay safe from the flames.
